  Paul has an unrivalled wealth of experience, spanning over 35 years in the property industry, having spent over a decade as a Director of a medium-sized housebuilder in Essex, London and the West Country, before moving to the Countrywide Group in 1986 when the land and new homes market expanded. In recent years Paul has been based in both London and Hertfordshire, before returning to Essex to take up his current role heading a team of dedicated property specialists responsible for land acquisition, alongside the sales and marketing of residential schemes, from the six operating centres in the Region.

  An experienced property professional, Nick joined Morris Dibben in Hampshire in 1976 and has been specialising in the sale of land and new homes ever since. He helped the company establish itself as one of the most respected estate agencies on the South Coast and having looked after the Land & New Homes operation in the South West he recently took responsibility for the expanded South Region and London. He enjoys challenges in his professional life but likes to relax in the New Forest or Dorset coast. Nick's proposition to prospective clients is to instruct their favourite local Countrywide estate agency or alternatively as many as four brands with up to twenty prominently located estate agency offices to send buyers to their sites.
