New Homes are still being sold across the South West of England, prices are lower than they were a year ago but developers have responded to the changing market place by adjusting headline prices downwards and considering all reasonable offers.

Those who are trading upwards are finding that the gap between the price that they sell for and the price they need to pay for their new home is smaller than it was in 2007.

We are finding that buyers are attracted to new homes because of the increasingly high standards of insulation both in respect of heat and sound. There are welcome savings in fuel bills compared with older homes. Needless to say 10 year guarantees reassure purchasers.
